City-required repairs

Got a repair notice?
Let’s make a plan.

If Akron or another city has ordered property-maintenance repairs, send the notice, deadline and photos. We’ll sort the list, identify the work we can handle and give you a written scope.

  • Exterior trim, exposed wood and small siding repairs
  • Porch floors, steps, handrails and other safety fixes
  • Yard cleanup and smaller exterior repair lists

Larger roof or structural work, and work requiring a licensed trade or permit, is reviewed separately. The city determines when its notice is satisfied.

More than a few fixes

Send the whole list.
We’ll sort the scope.

We handle plumbing repairs and fixture swaps, doors and locks, lighting replacements, drywall and paint, carpentry repairs, installation projects, and rental turnover lists.

For homeowners

Put the lingering repairs in one message. Photos help us group tasks into a practical visit.

For landlords and property managers

Send the punch list, property city, access details and timing. We can identify what fits a repair visit and what needs a separate project quote.

Larger projects

Windows, decks, countertops, extensive drywall or paint, and basement work are quoted from the actual scope.

Work needing a trade or permit

New circuits, concealed system changes and other regulated work are reviewed for the appropriate licensed partner and permit before we quote the job.
