What these prices represent: standard equipment and installation for a qualifying furnace-only replacement. Upgraded equipment and full heating-and-cooling systems can be quoted separately.

These are starting prices, not guaranteed installed quotes. The right capacity depends on the current system, heated square footage, number of stories and a review of the property. Venting, duct or plenum changes, electrical or gas corrections, access, removal, permit requirements and other site conditions may change the price. For a mobile home, the $3,100 starting price applies only when approved downflow equipment fits without plenum work. We identify the equipment, included work and final price in writing before you decide.
